Orders
Placing an order
Should a Customer place an order from the website, he/she is to directly fill in the registration form with his or her own personal data. Globalserve invites the Customer to proof-read his/her form several times before validating an order. Globalserve is neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address, should the form be incorrectly filled-out.
Order Confirmation
An automatic order confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer, provided that the e-mail address is correct
Payments
Price
Prices are shown in the local currency, VAT included.
Prices being in constant evolution, the prices shown are subject to modification at any time. All prices are clearly disclosed provided there are no obvious typographical errors.
Payment Methods
Payment may be made using a valid credit card.

Delivery
Delivery Method
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified on the registration form by the customer.
Product will be posted worldwide from DHL with international orders charged depending on destination.
Shipping Cost for Greece: €35 (VAT Included)
Shipping Cost for other countries(CSI countries, Russian, Europe): €45 (VAT Included)
Delivery Time
Please allow a minimum of 1 working day for European countries and 2 working days for CSI countries, Russian, Europe. Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment or address details and this may delay your order.
Refunds and Cancellations
Any refund/cancellation sought for by any customer will be entitled only when received within 15 days of the date of sale(s).
The good/item for which a refund has been sought for will be subject to examination by experts of Globalserve regarding its damage.
If the articles are required to be changed at a later stage the postal charges will be borne by the customer
Cash refund if at all required in any exceptional circumstances will be made through DD or multicity cheque(s).
